It's pretty fun. It's hated here because anons decided that Kratos is not Atreus's father, even though he is. It's the constant obsession with cuckoldry you see. They just decided to go with that narrative simply because they hate the fact that the game has cinematics and starts slow instead of starting like Diablo or something. They call it a movie game despite having actually complex as fuck and hard as fuck combat on high difficulties. So i wouldn't listen ti /v/'s advice about the game. It's not amazing, but it's good.
