Open world games are designed for Conservative White and Japanese men. We have a natural wanderlust that drives us to explore and conquer. That's why there's so much push back against open world games these days - more and more minorities are posting online. That and Ubisoft, one of the primary companies pushing open world games, has been taken over by non-whites and women. They don't understand what makes the open world so enticing.

Yeah but you do have to do quite a lot of it. My stick thin friend swears by four hour walks. Otherwise, it'll still work with less time, it'll just take longer. But it isn't as bad on your joints and, if your weight is the main issue with that then you'll be building up to be able to run from walking. Plus it's better for weight loss as it's an aerobic exercise (you're not working that hard so you can take in lots of oxygen to help burn fat) rather than running too fast and hitting the anaerobic state (not enough oxygen, abandon ship, burn that thing over there wahhh). Pick a nice route and enjoy yourself.
