Tiara Boobowski. She was briefly planned at the co-lead and love-interest in several builds of Sonic X-Treme before getting replaced by Amy (fittingly, since she herself was basically a game replacement for Princess Sally). Some storylines had her as a princess, some as a professor's daughter. She very briefly cameoed in pre-reboot Archie as Chuck's diner waitress, with a revised color scheme simce the artists only had the B&W final design.
Oh and Chris Senn made a myspace blog for her which may have made SEGA wary that he'd pull a Penders so now her character is super-vaulted.

I don't mind her with that color palette. Clearly they were just working off the black & white final sketch, but she actually looks more unique that way.
