Meanwhile dynamic disasters will proc at turn 20 with every single race getting 200%.
Chaos, Skaven and Greenskins are getting 350% but 10 turn delay.
Time for some TRUE chaos.
I really wish someone did something similar for the Empire as a mod since we will never get Dog of War now...
