I don't know what your mentally ill drivel is about. The latent variable which reflects whether or not A will accept X from B in exchange for Y is called "value". You can come up with all kinds of insane theories and define "value" to be something else, but that doesn't make that variable, nor does it pin that variable to whatever your ideology defines a label to mean.
