Family businesses are a different story. I worked for a family-run business and the owners were a bit crazy. One of the owners was a depressed middle aged woman with a nice big ass and she caught me staring at it a few times, she took a liking to me and probably enjoyed the attention so I just ran with it and it kept me in her good graces. Again, you have to know how to navigate these things. You learn by doing.
