See this one is funny because you can't reasonably argue that the US lost both the War of 1812 and the Korean War. It would have to be one or the other if your going with the idea that the aggressor nation loses if the conflicts ends in a stalemate. Also a million plus dead Chinese for 30k American is just fucking funny.

The US won every single battle it had with the Viet-Con, usually with massively lopsided casualties. The war was simply too unpopular with the American people to be winnable.
