For Golshi there are bare minimums you should be clearing early and getting two gold heals as you get them as well as last spurt acceleration skills. Rest is up to luck. She WILL get blocked sometimes, it's part of the deal.

Doesn't need a fuckton of speed but obviously if you can afford more without sacrificing stamina and power then it's beneficial. I remember Golshis with capped stam and like 600 speed at some point.
