Stellar Blade IS a good game once you get past the sexy girls, and thus it receives high ratings both on Steam and on PSN.

If it wasn't a good game, it wouldn't be getting top ratings on PSN and Steam. People are playing the game and they like the game. Come for the tits, stay for the combat.
The First Descendent is not a good game. It very much relies on fanservice over quality game design. And the ratings reflect that, as well as the rapid decline in the playerbase. Compare to >>712650204
