Still not as large as the empty gap between your ears.

>refusing to take melatonin for no good reason.
This is the way of the warrior. I don't like melatonin. Makes me groggy for hours after I wake up.
>I thought getting a nice career would help me stop smoking, but it didnt take me log before I was getting high at lunch and going to the office, or getting high at home and wasting time.
Unf., I'm still an alcholic, but one thing at a time.
This was my problem too. Once I got the daily routine down I could start smoking on the way to work and at lunch. I'd also drink a 16 oz beer. Alcohol still makes me crave smoking so I had to quit that too.
Also it didn't hurt that I had metabolic shutdown and felt like I was dying everyday from anxiety. Sam Hyde is right, there are many losers who smoke weed. I woke up one day and had to take a cold hard look in the mirror. And decided I didn't want to do it any more. If only it was that simple. God bless you on your journey. It's a long slog but at the end of the road is a better place. I promise. Keep moving forward. Be better if you want to feel better! Understanding why you smoke is the first step to stopping.

I've read that quote 4 times now and still can't decipher what that double digit IQ sheboon is trying to say.
