You shouldn't be doing that.
I'm using up all 3 of my bases and all 3 of them are vital.
1 base is near a good area for aquiring water, and the other 2 bases are near very vital minerals so I can easily mine and store them in my base.
You'll progress much faster if you make smart use of your bases.
