Dragon face is supposedly good (at least according to this place) although I never faced a dragon deck I have been impressed by.
Rune is either near impossible to beat or completely defenseless depending on how they draw.
Portal maybe doesn't have as high of a peak but it's consistently very strong.

I still haven't figured out the game to well. Do you guys have any general tips or is it all matchup specific? My current thought process is that the flow of every match goes like this

I think I have the general structure right, but I'm still missing nuance like when to use evolves, when to go for chip/when to get board advantage instead.
I honestly feel like this is one of the harder card games I've played because you can hit both face and followers, so there's more decision making technically. But also, I guess I feel like followers usually die before they get to attack once unless they have rush

Orchis is such an amazing counter to gundam when playing mirror matches. Great card to use on the turn before their gundam comes online. You pretty much make sure that they can't play it and are forced to do something else.

If they insist on playing it they'll accomplish absolutely nothing but destroying the ward and orchis can hit face for 8 next turn on top of letting her effect linger for more storm puppets

Is it just me or Fan of Otohime is pretty bad to use right now? I think there's only one card that benefits from being discarded in dragoncraft and the benefit in question is a +1/+0 on something on the field.
And I feel like dragons need as many cards in their hand as possible to clear the hordes that every other deck seems to be dropping every single turn, so I've started to run more draw cards like Ding Dong and Ruby.
Maybe I'm just retarded and I don't know how to use the Fan, but it just feels like a card from a set that doesn't exist just yet.
