Every time I hear about bent pins I have flashbacks to the time I tried to fix my buddy's pc.
He used so much thermal paste it was leaking out of the sides, and some of it got into the socket somehow. It looked like one of those Japanese pornos, it was everywhere.
When he lifted the cooler, the cpu was STUCK to the bottom and a bunch of pins were bent. They were almost flat.
If that crime scene of a pc managed to work for a little bit before shitting itself, I'm sure a couple of slightly bent pins won't be an issue. You'll be fine lad.
