That one was annoying, but I did it the other day.
Set Red Hood as the lone squad member on the left side, and have her solo her way to the supply depot to get two more squad members. The enemies Red Hood will face are balanced for a one-unit team power level. The other squad should be five of your heaviest hitters, but remember to save two good ones for Red Hood's team.

Not for that one. It has a one-way teleporter for the right squad after the start, so you can't go back after the initial fights.
