26 anon here. What you're feeling is the aftermath of prolonged isolation or profound loneliness. Once you go long enough, your brain literally reprograms itself akin to ancient nomadic humans traversing a great distance alone. You are actively in a state of raised guard due to this state of mind. The byproduct of this sensation is your game gets whack because you're too wound up.
If you lived with the bros or good family who objectively have your best interests in mind then that breaks that previously mentioned sensation of heightend guard and survival like awareness. You're not stupid anons, you're set-up, you got a debuff on you. Only way out of this is the hard part. Have friends or acquaintances or senpai to hang out with physically that don't make you wanna blow yo head smoof off for at least 2 weeks but you also gotta wanna change to truly grasp "it" (that being a lowered guard, and internal peace) once this new state of mind is achieved it shall essentially cause you to attract rather than chase, to exude warmth "aura" rather than withdrawn cold "aura"
Your perspective will alter due to the paradigm shift in your brain, this in turn will help you see what women do in person and play the game. Once you play the game all you gotta do is win it and that win is whatever that looks and feels like to you individually. Women are very observant so they'll pick up on these changes.
