Especially that part with 0.6% rates, QoL being locked behind dupes, needing 6 dupes to make lower rarity functional, weapon banners and forced fomo that forces you to wait 1 year if not more to roll for a character you want to get (implying they aren't absolutely worthless and powercrept by that time)
