To me, ALTTP is a solid 7.5 out of 10 game. Falters a slight bit in a few aspects, but for a 16-bit console game of its type, it's very well put together and it's enjoyable to play, it's a classic for a reason.
The sequel/quasi-remake on 3DS, ALBW, redoes the formula in a fairly good way, though it also is a bit too easy, so I strongly recommend playing on Hero Mode if you can.

ALTTP is also bit easy, but that's kinda fine to me, every other year or so, I'm in the mood for a game like this, and so I play an easygoing and fun game like this.
