Rune feels bad, but if you consider actual ability to beat it then it isn't bad at all. I win way more often against Rune with multiple decks at this point and think it's genuinely T2. It's a shit deck, the japs are right on it being weak, just very unfun because it feels like they do next to nothing for a few turns and then turn on the hacks and cheat out nothing but dishonest wins.

Unlike Portal where they cheat starting at turn 2 and are way too difficult to beat.
