Ideally, in year 2 I'd gain a Greater Spark and master Shadow Ray to use The Black Gift on my victims. It might be necessary to kill members of the Shadow and Flame for implements and black sand, but given that Sae can act as an implement I'd assume not. If it is, though, Sight Beyond Sight would make it trivially easy to locate the weakest among them. Of course, the cult most likely has similarly powerful divination.

I am assuming The Blue Gift, being a Neutral Mutation, can be picked normally. My eyes are now even bluer and even glowier.
