He is very weak, comparatively to all the previous villains. No unsundered sorcerer of eld, no super warrior with Echo Kaioken x100, no eldritch incarnation of universal depression. Just some dude scared of dying, electrope, dumbass followers, and a dream.

He deserves some respect for acknowledging the WoL's powerlevel is just pay-to-win bullshit and admits how he worked tirelessly to find a solution to defeat the WoL (the self-regenerating Primal). But he is just defeated because at his best he is not even more dangerous than Elidibus.

I like the dude, though. It is a breath of fresh air to have some villain who gets frustrated and scared.
