1 is obviously too little and 8 is obviously a little unrealistic (although not impossible). Personally just 2 nightfarers and 2 nightlords sounds a bit too little, my personal estimation would be either

>either 4 "lost" Nightfarers or 8 "Ancestral" versions of existing Nightfarers from those basement coffins with different skills, ults and starting weapons but same base body and interchangeable skins
