For Pokemon fanfic specifically, FFanon's story got me thinking about a Dissidia crossover fic that I might start on if I've ever got the free time. I've been brainstorming on how precisely the characters would be able to get their Pokemon fighting on their level, and I've been leaning towards their shards of the crystal allowing them to imbue Pokemon with the strength of Summons, so just off the cuff a Dodrio might get infused with the Chocobo summon, or a Charizard might get Ifrit, amplifying their powers temporarily.

In more generalized terms, I have a monstrosity of a haphazard design doc I made a decade ago detailing 50 pairs of Masters and Servants for a Fate fanfic where a gigantic brawl takes place on an Orbital Colony for the Holy Grail. https://pastebin.com/wh7B7pd3
