it's been back and forth for years over which is better. having to walk around to reserve SB is annoying but it's much stronger against m2/mobility killers where you have to sprint to a stronger tile before they get near you. Lithe is a free escape if you can use it against low mobility killers but there's plenty of situations where you just wont have a nearby vault

It mostly just depends on which condition you find easier/less annoying.
