Aren't the codes attached to PSN/Steam accounts since they required game progress in Stellar Blade? It's possible they have a way to cross reference any CD Keys with an existing Account with Stellar Blade game progress attached.

If you REDEEM without Stellar Blade game progress bar would be "flagged" or something. Or they don't do anything upfront and stay quiet and brick/lower your rates since you violated ToS which gives them free reign to secretly brick you.
