It's basically impossible that any bans will happen because there's no way to police "real" from "fake" keys.
At most, Shift Up could try to change their key algorithm to make older keys obsolete, but that would fuck over legit costumers that for some reason haven't exchanged the costume yet.
Also banning key users without a linked steam account would only open a can of worms because you would end up banning all the players that got gifted a key on social media or similar.

No, there's not a limited or set number of keys ready to use.
When you "Select a Server" in the key generation screen, what the game does is pin the Shift Up servers to request the generation of a key.
The servers generates the key and sends it back to the game, which then shows it to (you).
DeepSeek cracked how the key algorithm works and can generate unlimited keys without having to pin to the Shift Up server at all.

Shift Up fucked up by not adding an extra security step to the key validation, this is literally like cracking software from the early 2000s.

I had to gather my courage to start challenge mode, the red background put me in fight of flight mode but after a couple cancelled matchmaking attempts where I chickened out the game instantly started went to the character scree. I settled for RH and the match started. We had 2 Rapis, Tia and Naga. The minigame isn't fluid at all, it's not an action game. Whenever you press a button, she takes 1 step of action.

You press WSAD and she takes 1 step towards that direction.
You click and she attacks once.

Button inputs get stacked, so if you clicked 3-times, she will attack 3 times and you won't be able to cancel mid-attack to parry or dodge, so don't spam shit.

When parrying or evading, wait until the attack is about to hit before pressing a button. If you press too early, you get hit.
