What can I get for level 3, 4, and 5 tools, exactly?
Not even reddit slop offloads nearly all explanations to references. Holy fuck, sometimes, there aren't even fucking references. How is anyone supposed to know what level 5 augments can do?????? Why is there absolutely nothing to quantify unnatural emanation????
WHY DO SOME OPTION NAMES HAVE JACK SHIT TO DO WITH THEIR EFFECTS? "Competent Fighting" = gun skills?? What the fuck does "This is this" even mean? Why is the monster hunting skill called "Whaling"? "Death, I, Survive" = pick any skill in a profession???
