I don't think I've EVER won a game with a nigger on my team or a dumb twitch Streamer stack. What the fuck do I have to do to avoid this shit? >Tank Shortage
This is a bit of a twofold issue, one part is that designing Tanks can be a little tricky sometimes they just focus on making a meatshield which while effective at keeping others alive is dull as fuck for most people, making them too good at offence and suddenly the DPS feel invalidated depending the balance of weakness, they are tricky to get right in terms of being fun and effective without being overbearing, this is also somewhat of a mentally challenging role to play, in hero shooters you need to have good situational awareness and positioning which can be somewhat of a hill for people to climb, the second part of perceptions, people tend to think of Tanks as just meatshields who eat damage, and thus this is unappealing, its a wrong perception but you can't help some people

because Healers are a very vital part of a team and in very high demand, this responsibility plus demand tends to bloat their ego's especially since a fair chunk of Healer players don't actually like playing healers and subsequently see themselves as taking the burden for other people and that the others should be grateful for their sacrifice, Healer circles also tend to be very big circlejerks and so this leads to them being massive cunts about healing, also healing tends to be much less mechanically demanding than the other two roles and this their sense of being good at the games is inflated by the simplicity of their playstyle

this is simple, DPS is very popular and draws the largest amount of players and since they have the larger playerbase this means they have the largest amount of shitters playing, also ego problems
