I can tell you as I've confessed before on here, that I myself struggle with sin sometimes as well. Whenever I'm weak in my faith and then (temporarily) let Jesus go, I go back to my usual sinful ways: being drawn to immorality, the morbid, the macabre, hatred, inappropriate fantasies, defrauding others, and not respecting my family.
The main reason why I can recognize those sin habits and detest them is because of the Holy Spirit. He helps convict you of sin.
"But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, Whom the Father will send in My name, will teach you all things and will remind you of everything I have said to you." (John 14:26, NIV)

Please let go of your hatred towards others. The Word of God very strongly condemns hating others.
"Everyone who hates his brother is a murderer, and you know that no murderer has eternal life abiding in him." (1 John 3:15, ESV)

That is false. The Word of God teaches us that we can't do right on our own. We don't even know what is right on our own. When you repent of your sins, ask God for forgiveness, and accept Jesus as your Lord and Savior, you'll be gifted with the Holy Spirit who will help you to think and act right.

Here are some examples of various respected Christian voices talking about the three interrelated topics of how often God forgives your sins, and how to know you're saved, and how to know you might not be saved:
1. God’s Abundant Forgiveness:
Charles Spurgeon often preached that no sin is “beyond the reach” of God’s mercy. He emphasized that every time a person comes truly to repentance, God forgives completely—even when the sin is repeated—because His mercy is limitless.
2. Forgiveness Through Repentance:
In his messages, Billy Graham stressed that God’s forgiveness flows freely through Christ’s sacrifice. He maintained that while God is ready to forgive every time we repent, ongoing sin without remorse may obscure the transformative power of that forgiveness.
3. The Warning Against Taking Forgiveness for Granted:
John MacArthur teaches that although God forgives repeatedly, true forgiveness involves a genuine turning away from sin. He warns that a casual attitude toward repeated sin may indicate a lack of true repentance—even if forgiveness is on offer every time.
4. Justice and Mercy in Forgiveness:
R.C. Sproul pointed out that God’s character combines both perfect justice and boundless mercy. He noted that while forgiveness is given over and over, it comes with the requirement of real change—a transformation that confirms our new identity in Christ.
