It is still a very comfy game and I have a lot of fond memories, but with Dawntrail it really feels like they don't want me as customer as someone who doesn't want to engage with Savage; Every Job gets dumbed down for that content and they put out nothing but that. Even casual stuff like occult gets capstoned by a savage forked tower, so even that feels kinda pointless to do. I also don't enjoy the "less reaction time with more hidden safe spots" design they are aggressively using in combat now. The MSQ being on an all time low doesn't help either. I know Yoshida said they are going to try shit for DT and not everyone might be happy, never thought he meant he doesn't want me to play his game any more.
