You know, after I called them out for telling me "no" ALL MY FUCKING LIFE? I.e. putting me through sped autist hell for all of childhood, turning me into a basketcase courtesy of Local Public Schools, and hindering my independence all the way to today?

My dad was like "ANON! YOU BETTER BE GRATEFUL BECAUSE I SPENT THREE THOUSAND DOLLARS TO BRING YOU TO DR. SMILES WHEN YOU WERE THREE, AND I WAS FUCKING UNEMPLOYED ATT!"

They were being dickish hypocrites throughout the whole thing, like this whole convo started over the deg of assimilation needed for new US immigrants, in which they were in favor of assimilation, then it went to whether Asians were being discriminated against due to their introversion etc. or whether they had to work 4x as hard to overcome it. And then a few minutes later they were like using the Chinese values thing to justify not being a dick about the Chinese landlord place but being a dick about the place with the attic.

And then they all went on to mock me for my lack of a (paid) job in 2025, and threaten to withhold my tuition for next year if I didn't stfu and lick their feet
