All the rice farming in the Autumn village kind of made me want to replay Sakuna after I'm done with this game.

I sort of see what he's getting at, Sakuna was a hit from what, a three-man crew that was REALLY obsessed with rice farming? There's a definite need for more people to make wild pitches and to combine them with efficient coders that can accurately put those wild ideas in games. The problem is the larger part of the industry is hamstrung by shareholders that only want to hear how much of a money pump it is and by firms that only care what your workforce looks like instead of how skilled they are.
