How will eight times more babies being born in Africa than Europe affect international culture?

How shall this beautiful world, inhabited mainly by Black Africans in a few generations change international culture? Currently Black people outnumber Whites some 2 to 1. In two generations it will be 30 to 1 and continuing indefinitely.
