at my LGS there is always at least 1-2 players who play graveyard related decks, and frankly I'm tired of letting them get away with it.

I would like to play a commander based around graveyard hate.
I wouldn't mind if it milled me a bit as well, so I could draw benefit from "exile a card from a graveyard" et.c. from my own graveyard as well.

Any suggestions?
