I think last i used this i was around 25%? I just guestimated given my past measurements (i used to measure my body every week) and its at 21% Idk if thats true or not. The equation looks.. fine? Idk its not linear which is good i guess but still pretty simple. Humans variate a lot and this is one of those time that sex is not so black and white. Like i dont think that equation would work for menopausal women or anyone with known hormonal issues, not just sex hormones but like growth hormone or cushings too, or even just being an unusual height.

Most women are raised to be passive people pleasers in social situations and are avoidant of saying no and it takes time to unlearn that as an adult. Its a trait mothers and teachers usually pass onto their daughters as kids.
