Can anyone recommended me any white, blue or black cards that would deal damage or an effect whenever I draw a card?

>don't go crazy with upgrades just cut the shitty stuff and spells under 3CMC
>add a bunch of *does damage* enchants in that draw me cards
>almost end up decking myself out
>burn entire table with Sanguine Bond and Enduring Tenacity
