What’s worse is that they were nowhere near as interesting and cool as the sound 4 where and it wouldn’t have taken much effort to retcon them as Alive again.They actually had some history with sauske even if it’s brief. Tayuya could have easily taken the same role that karin did except she’s not constantly drooling over sauske and was actually competent. People till this day wonder if tayuya had uzumaki heritage and What was the point in even making Karin an uzumaki if she has not meaningful interactions with Naruto ffs
