I talked about running my clan on Runescape during an interview once to be a manager. Mentioned stuff like how I picked my admin team, would organize events and delegate tasks to people, etc. Got the job and got the max offer they gave for experience. Granted its not like the job was that great, it was for a hotel but I got to spend so much time watching youtube and playing vidya at that job.
