had nothing to report back to /brit/, as I am just trying to finish the medal right now (245/2500 normal type Pokemon caught (10%!) and going daily between fighting (93/200) and rock/ground (76 and 73 /200 each) but I saw that gyms have a medal for hours defending and I have made a tagged list of Pokemon to leave at the far-away gyms to go multiply the hour gains, so before I do that I was 362/1000 hours defending gyms
