Calling something "addictive" is a very easy way to argue against something without any proof because a large aspect of addiction is psychological, which is difficult to argue against since you can't be in someone's head, you can only see the result of their actions.
You could say "Reading books is addictive because readers do it all the time" and it'd be impossible to argue against despite the fact you know it's not true, simply because you can argue that people doing it repeatedly is proof it's addictive.

well the mesugaki portmentau is based on the 'insult' for bratty kids being gaki and slang of mesu as bitch/slut/loose womn. Mesu definitionally just originated as female animal (likely birds specifically).
Since we have lolibabas (my beloved) presumably we'd have either mesubabas (slutty milfs) or babagakis (bratty/annoying milfs) though if you wanted to do a full on triple I'm not sure what you'd call it. Mesugababa?
