I thought of some Unsealed Spellbook rework ideas. Was a cool keystone on release. Too bad Riot hates fun.

>Concept A:
After X amount of time, or after using X amount of summoner spells. Gain access to special summoner spell fusions. Up to X per game, or they have a long cooldown. For example: Use heal/barrier fusion spell; ignite/exhaust fusion spell; cleanse/ghost fusion spell; ghost/ignite fusion spell. It depends on which combination you want based on which solo spells you used.
>Concept B:
After getting takedowns shortly after using a summoner spell. Gain super summoner spell dust, depending on how many takedowns or assists you got. After gaining enough dust, transform one of your summoner spells into a SUPER summoner spell. Each can be used once per game, up to five per game. Use it wisely. Examples: SUPER heal: Heals your whole team and grants movement speed; SUPER ghost: Can't be slowed and can walk through walls if you run in a straight line; SUPER flash: Triple flash can have to be used in a short window; SUPER teleport: old teleport.
