I was against ashe braum bot, and it felt impossible to do anything. My adc pushed randomly and got his lane frozen, denied from ever approchaing it, which felt like a defeat for me as a support so instead I decided to roam. Which was successful for the most part, as we secured many objectives everywhere, made enemies blow flashes and ults for nothing, got grubs, scuttles...
But I felt unimpactful. I felt like my adc losing was on me. I felt like my midlaner going 0/10 was something I could have prevented. I feel like I should have been able to win this game. But I wasn't, and I genuinely feel awful about it.

What is there to do against ashe braum? Ashe already has so much lane domination, she hits a W and you're slowed until you die. Add in braum and it's like a leona/nautilus becoming point and click level 1-2. You cannot approch your wave without getting stunned and killed. You cannot trade because volley hits from the other side of the lane and hit confirms getting auto'd to death. And it doesn't get better 6 with braum mass knocking up into ashe ult perma slow for 10 seconds. Genuinely depressing.
All match up bots are summed up by kill pressure from stun into kill by a support which denies waves, or turbo shields cancelling any poke or all in. So what, is it just a stat check distribution? Sure I have great engage and if my jungler comes we win 100%. But they never come. I cannot bet on my jungler being the decisive factor, I have to win by myself, but I can't. It's so impossibly hard. I feel like I'm utter trash. I should be able to win but I just can't do anything, game after game. I feel nothing but despair.

But it's not so much about how powerful I think this pick is, the idea is more about gaining early agency by abusing the weakest laner, defense stats wise.
See right now, botlane is a status quo about enchanters/tank engages disabling each others for 15 minutes so that adcs can farm and scale. Issue being adcs scale like shit, junglers noticed that and deem bot weakside very often, because mid and top are so much easier to gank and snowball from, while also stacking resistances on top of having great damage throughout the game.
The idea of qiyana support is to have the versatility to either win abusable botlanes or roam, roaming support being meta for the past few years I don't feel as bad for using this strat, it's very powerful and easy to create advantages on the map this way, Qiyana/Elise/Camille support (the champs I like to play) can all help junglers secure objectives if anything, that's for me the main source of enjoyment on this role, and I do believe it's strong in general.
I can "spin" it this way, too, if jungler believes bot is not worth fighting for, I won't either, and just win other sides of the map. Yeah it sucks for adcs but I'm not the one who made this "weakside" meta a thing. At the worst, they should let them get turret and crush themselves into the shields of our top and midlaners who should be ahead at this point.

Helia doesn't scale into late game, and it's often better to sell it after you're full build for one of the items above. You're also not missing much when comparing the builds with Dawncore.
Milio is maybe the only enchanter who can use it to it's full extent now. Everyone else, it just feels troll on.

I'd argue it's 2 times because the 3rd penalty of 12h usually ends up extending into the next day. Also the penalty no longer fully resets after 24 hours, it only goes down by 1 tier now. If you're at tier 3 penalty you need 3 days to reset all the way down to next dodge penalty being tier 1.
This is however still only per account rather then per hardware ID which riot could enforce with vanguard if they wanted. As a result your amount of available dodges is more or less 2 times the number of accounts you own.

Now filter this down to at least a third because of a ton of these "many millions" of accounts per region (out of western regions only EUW actually has multiple millions btw) are smurfs and not real individual players, then to elo ranges of the accounts you have, then the time you're actually playing and suddenly if you're not queuing up on a pisslow account there's only a few dozen people playing around the same time as you so you're very likely to run into the same fucker you wanted to avoid. That is unless you log into an account at a completely different elo range - or wait like 10min to have high confidence he found a game in the meantime.
Before riot anonymized champ select we were able to at least see the fucker's name and either verify that his meme pick works by seeing the match history or be certain he found a game before we queue up by seeing him in a match before queuing up ourselves but for the sake of "reducing dodges" riot took that away from us and ended up making the problem worse.
