Again NATO is mainly about defence. And what Russia wants is to conquer its old territories (Ukraine) and annex Belarus (maybe after Luko's death). I don't believe they really want to start a real war with European states. So all this countries joining to Nato makes no difference for Russia, well except it is not Belarus.
Additionally, even if Russia will attack Baltic states, do you really think US will start full war with Russia? When I mean full, I mean ground invasion. I don't believe that Russia will attack these states, but even if they do, US will do NOTHING.
