Hey brother! Don't listen to the naysayers! Your form looks great! It can surely be improved, but that's even true of elite fighters! I can tell you've been training diligently!

I've been training in martial arts since 2008! I've done Modern Army Combatives, Muay Thai, Western Boxing, BJJ, and Bojuts. My main form of fitness is weighttraiing but I practice martial arts weekly and have since 2017.

Just a note on your form:

> Your handspeed is great! People who say you look "slow" probably don't have a lot of training because they're not noticing you're completely bringing your opposite hand back to your face to guard it before you throw your next punch.

>You have a really solid left hook! I like it! You'll definitely do damage with it.

I don't have anything to suggest for improving your form at this point! You look great! However, here's a few tips from a guy whose been around the block:

When you throw your round kick, you have great rotation! What helps in an actual fight is if you throw your hand forward between you and your opponent OR bring it up to your head to defend yourself. Your lead hand goes out, which leaves you vulnerable to attacks!

Rather than always trying to step with your jab, try to throw a jab where you rotate your lead hip -- NOT your foot! It stays planted. There are multiple jabs and the one where you step is great for closing distance but it's probably not fast enough to tag a seasoned fighter.

Try stepping with your rear at a 45 degree angle away from your target when you throw the switch kick instead of switching lead to rear. I know that's the defintion of a switch kick, but if you step out you generate more power, get off center line, and can throw it just as quickly.

Also, don't forget to lift weight! I really went far in training simply because I incorporated weight training into my repertoire while most guys were just doing calisthenics.

Great combinations! Your work is showing. Keep going /fit/izen!!
