Well put.
I discovered this practice around 5-6 years ago & I'm unable to commit 100% despite my willingness to quit PMO.
I like to believe remembering the pain & anguish helps me stay the course however I end up relapsing anyway.
It seems I'm failing to stop myself fantasizing about sexual thoughts/ideas/scenarios, most of which are induced by pornography.
Any tips?
>This is a disease of forgetting. It's very easy once things go well to forget what it was like and almost all of my relapses prior to this happened as a result of that.
That's the issue I have right now. Can't find a way out of it.
