That's a good thing. If she doesn't look good without fake ass plastering it's not worth it. Make-up is for vapid whores and I'll die on this hill.
If that pic is really your wife, she looks fine. She just needs to get back in shape, get a haircut and some decent sleep. If I we're you, I'd take the effort to open up some time and space for her to take of herself. Pregnancy takes it's toll on the body, it takes a bit of work to bounce back from that. Just tell her that you feel she should take the effort to get back in shape and get spruced up, for her own sake. Exercise together if you can to keep her motivated.
