Would I look bad as a 35 old hitting on the 23 something women at the manga section.

So I started dating this girl a while ago.
Everything has been running smoothly, except the fact that every time we're intimate, she's told me she wants me to take away her "power" from the dynamic for her to get aroused. I assumed it wouldn't be a problem, and at first it was fun, but it's become a pain in the ass lately.
I tried doing it physically, but she said it was no good since she knows I'll be able to physically overpower her anyway, so it must be psychological. I've tried everything I can think of, and I've only gotten so far, but she enjoys to be in the lead. The only times I've managed to get somewhere was when I made her uncomfortable by finding out a few things about herself.
I'm getting tired of the dynamic being always the same and I want to try something new for once to see if it works, but I ran out of ideas at the moment. If any of you have any experience on something like this, I'm all ears.
