Yes, it definitely has flaws in terms of story and progression but just fucking around with the combat system is pure bliss. Bravely Second has crazy job designs that would make XI blush and while it's divisive, BDII requires you to essentially rebuild your party for every boss because they all have unique counters to specific abilities
