If you play on normal there's a lot more leeway to not use items if you play well, it's the hard mode that will crush your nuts in the early/mid game if you try to hoard.

Entirely depends on if her inherited memories from her future self also come with the corruptive temptation, since her entire MO is to job and die hundreds of times so she has encyclopedic knowledge of how to proceed in the next time loop. If they don't then she clears easily despite only having slightly above human baseline strength, since effectively having clairvoyance is OP.
