Man that video was brutal. Glad I only do all my excuses in my power cage with safeties. I would never trust any human spotter in my life. Not like their apology will mean nothing when I'm done, I will have to pay for the mistake with my own life.

Okay - I just tested an Auric without Concussion.
All of the passive effects stay up 100% of the time even without it because of the dog. Even if you do nothing, the dog can keep up your passive effects 100% of the time.
The only talent that seemed "iffy" was the 15% Rending on stagger, but you have Three Remote Detonations, dog to stagger and apply it and your own 10 second CD charge as well as two charges to Shield Alt.
Testing it further in the Meat Grinder, I didn't notice a change in DPS or the amount of hits it took to use it.
tldr; concussion isn't worth it if you have dog, break the line and shield
