Duskblade, Banner of Command, Radiant Virtue, Crown of the Shattered Queen, the first iteration of Moonstone (though this one is good too)
They really need to bring Arena items to SR like Gunblade, Sword of Blossoming Dawn, and a few others that aren't really OP.

Riot said that they didn't want people queuing up to play Night Harvester, Duskblade, Helia, Moonstone, Guardbreaker, etc because it made the champions boring.
It's funny to see it swing back, because I'm pretty sure during the Mythic items people were also loud and didn't want them.
